Flowless was built by a female techie who was frustrated, not with tech, but with period apps.
Every tracker she tried assumed one thing: that you have a period, or that you're trying to get pregnant. She was doing neither. Yet her body still cycles â the bloating, the mood dips, random days of feeling completely unstoppable, and weeks of craving chocolate and crying at adverts.
So she built Flowless. Not a medical tool. Not a clinical app. A personal journal for people like her, people who live with a cycle they can feel but can't easily see.
Because no flow doesn't mean no cycle. It just means listening a little closer. ðļ
Flowless was built by a passionate non-medical person. The predictions and insights are based on pattern recognition from your own logged data â a personal guide and not a clinical diagnosis. Always seek a qualified medical professional for any health concerns.
Flowless is here to help you live flawlessly, and you deserve the best. ð
Anyone whose period has been suppressed or removed â by choice or circumstance:
Also helpful if your period stopped due to stress, low body weight, or over-exercising. You still have a hormonal rhythm.
Even without a period, hormones move through four phases, roughly every 21 to 35 days.
â ïļ On hormonal contraceptives these phases may be altered or suppressed.

All your entries are stored only on your device. Nothing is ever sent to a server. No account needed.
â ïļ Important: Data can be lost if you clear your browser storage, reinstall the app, or switch phones. Use Export Data in History regularly as a backup, and restore it anytime with Import Data.
Cloud backup and login are coming in a future version of Flowless.
Flowless matches your logged symptoms and moods to the typical hormonal signature of each cycle phase. The more you log, the smarter it gets.
Calendar predictions are based on your historical mood patterns by day of the week â a soft suggestion from your past self, not a medical forecast.
